By installing or using Etlala you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Etlala provides shop-the-look tools: looks, hotspots, storefront widgets/theme blocks, optional full-look discounts, optional AI features on your plan, and merchant analytics.
2. Eligibility and platforms
You must be authorized to install apps on the store and must comply with Shopify, Salla, and/or Zid terms and applicable law.
3. Plans and billing
Fees and trials follow the in-app plan and marketplace listing. Non-payment may suspend paid features.
4. Your content and privacy
You own your look content and grant us a limited license to operate the app for your store. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy; you remain responsible for shopper-facing privacy notices.
5. Acceptable use
No abuse, unlawful content, or access to other merchants’ data.
6. Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY TWELVE MONTHS IS LIMITED TO FEES YOU PAID US FOR ETLALA IN THAT PERIOD (OR USD $100 IF NONE).
7. Termination and law
You may uninstall anytime. We may suspend for non-payment, abuse, or legal/platform risk. Governing law: Algeria (Constantine courts, non-exclusive), without limiting non-waivable protections.
